The photographer was lovely, we were made feel so comfortable. And I was very late (a year!!!) in ordering our pictures and the staff were very accommodating in helping us find our pictures again. Now we have the memories forever. Excellent service we can't thank you enough Lafayette .??

Excellent service throughout the day & amazing staff. To be constructive & completely honest... One aspect that could be improved is the online ordering. A more modern site would help towards ease of use. It is slightly unclear which package you have bought & what the options are with regards to frames etc. Beyond that, could not be better. Thank you very much.

Great Experience, loved the photos

Pre paid back was selected but couldn’t select anymore than one photograph included in the packed which was suppose to hav a lot of photons in it. Ended up paying more to get more than one photograph

Well organized and very welcoming to the mini studio.

Paid over £60 for photographs, and recieved 3 10x8 which didn’t even have a border around them that said CAFRE College of Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprise. The border says Lafayette. Which doesn’t look as good and also you’d rather your uni name than the photography company!!! Doesn’t look as good as previous years. And then I got 4 tiny prints which are that small I’ll probably not ever use them. The photos were far to expensive for what you get! And especially without the CAFRE border

Very disappointed. After a couple of weeks I still hadn’t any photos to view when I logged into my account. I phoned and was told did I go to the photographer on the day. Then I was told the photos were lost. They told me they’d come back to me, no one ever did. Just by checking the account again a few days later that I could see photos to choose from. I have to say I did email yourselves to tell you how poorly we were treated but yet again to reply, I have to say I am so disappointed by your costumer service and feel so let down.

Good experience I just had to order photos online I forgot about this and it delayed the process.

As always very satisfied with Lafayette, a big company with local people doing a great job.

We have had some parent feedback about the cost and composition of the various packs. The photographs were liked by parents but they felt it was overpriced for some options. The cheaper options were commodities. We know overheads are high for you but we suspect you would get more sales in the future if there was e.g. a more affordable basic option of just photos instead of packs including key rings / contact sheets etc. The photographer, James, was super both with the children and staff and very accommodating! Thanks.

I paid for my photos in December, it is March and I heard NO word from you's so I contacted you's my email was read wrong. So instead of contacting me it was just left until I made contact.

We were delighted with the service and quality of photos. We asked for a different drop this year and really liked the coloured bean bags and ABC blocks
