How do I pre-book to have my graduation photographs taken?

Choose the type of photography from the left hand side of the home page for example: Graduation Photography . Then select "view and purchase" .

In the graduation photography section , you will be given a choice for Institution that you are graduating from, and the relevant venue and event date. Please ensure you are booking for the correct college, venue and date as otherwise we may not be able to find your booking on the day.

The site will bring you through the options available. More details of each option are available by clicking on the image of that item.

When you have selected your items, you will be asked for your user name and password. If you are not already a registered customer, simply follow the link and the site will ask for the necessary details. The email address you give should be the email address of the person who will be choosing your photographs. Please keep your username and password as you will require it to access your private photograph album at a later stage.

I have a question about graduation photography.

What are your opening times?

Our studios are open from 2 hours prior to every ceremony, unless otherwise instructed by your college. We generally stay open until 30 minutes prior to each ceremony to allow graduates time to be seated. In some graduations this time can be up to one hour. We open again immediately afterwards, until every customer is catered for.

Can I book a specific time slot?

No, we do not offer time slots for bookings, however we are always onsite both before and after your ceremony until every customer has been catered for.

Can I pre-book my photographs?

Yes, you can book online at www.lafayettephotography.eu . Here you can activate your account, view our packages and prices, and ensure a prompt service.

If I have booked online what do I do on the day?

Attend our designated Pre-Paid registration desk with your booking confirmation where a member of our fully trained staff will provide you with your booking docket and guide you to a studio.

Can I book my photographs on the day of my graduation?

Yes our fully trained sales staff can guide you through the process of booking your photographs on the day. We advise however to book online in order to save yourself time on the day that can be better spent with your loved ones.

I want to get my photographs taken beforehand but I do not have my certificate yet?

We provide prop scrolls so you can have your photograph taken before your ceremony.

What extra services do you offer?

Our extra services include picture framing, certificate framing and photo enhancements.

What type of photo enhancements are available?

We offer a range of photo enhancements, including teeth whitening, brace removal, fake tan correction, blemish removal, wrinkle removal, eye brightening as well as special requests.

What packages are available?

Log onto our website and find your college on our Graduation Photography section to see what packages are available to you.

When should I expect my images?

You will receive an email from Lafayette within three days of your graduation to the address you provided. This contains a link to our website where you can access your account and select your images. Your chosen images are then sent for printing and should be delivered within 21 days.

I never received any email from Lafayette?

Don’t worry, if you haven’t received either and email or and SMS from us about viewing your photos online, just call our Omagh office on 028 8224 3773 or Dublin on 01 4295740 and we will advise you on how to access your photographs.

I received the email from Lafayette and signed in previously, but now I have forgotten my username and / or password?

No problem, you can reset your username or password using the “forgot username” and “forgot password” links on the my account /customer log in page.

I have purchased a USB stick; will all the photographs that the photographer took be on this?

The USB stick contains your selected images only as per the package you have chosen. We do however offer the option to have all images taken provided on the USB stick; please contact our office on 01-4295740 for a quotation.

I only want to purchase a USB stick, is that possible?

No, USB sticks are only offered as an add-on, you must purchase hard copy photographs first.

Can I buy more photographs than what I originally paid for?

Yes of course, you can add more photographs onto your order through your online account.

I graduated last year but forgot to select my photographs, have they been deleted?

No we do not delete your photographs. Your online account will still be active for up to 12 months. Any longer than this and you need to contact our Omagh office on 028 8224 3773 or Dublin on 01 4295740, to re-activate your account.

How do I book to have my communion or confirmation photographs taken?

Booking & Ordering Online

On Left, click on "Graduation & Ceremony" .

At the bottom of your screen, click on Institution and find your school in dropdown menu.

Click on Venue and find your school in dropdown menu.

Click on Event Date and find the date of your ceremony.

In Student, type the name of your child/student and click "continue" .

Next Screen, choose your pack & click on "continue" .

Next Screen, choose your frames etc. & click on "proceed to basket" .

Next Screen, choose your postage options & click on "proceed to basket" .

Next Screen is the Customer Login and you put in your Username & Password if already a customer.

If not already a customer, at the top left it says (click here) which will take you to another screen which asks you for your information. When you have completed this and created a username & password (please save your username and password as you will need this later to view your photos) you will then be able to proceed to basket and pay for your items.

You will then receive a code by email which you take with you on the day of your ceremony and give it to the photographer. Three working days after the event you can login again with your username & password and enter the code in the login box. On the top right side click on view images, you can then choose your photos and add to your order. Your photos will then be sent to you via your choice of delivery.
